2025 NWCCU Annual Conference Presentation Proposal

The Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU) is now accepting proposals for its 2025 Annual Conference, Reimagine Education. The conference will be held December 2-4, 2025, at the Hyatt Regency in Seattle, Washington. 

To submit a proposal, please complete the following information. 

Please note that due to limited time and space, not all proposals may be accepted. Presenters will be contacted with NWCCU's decision in August. 

Deadline: June 30, 2025 
PRESENTATION INFORMATION
All concurrent sessions will be 50 minutes in length, including Q&A. There is an opportunity for a small number of presentations to be held as two-hour workshops. 
  • Concurrent sessions will be held on Wednesday, December 3 and Thursday, December 4 - presenters must be available for their presentation on either day
  • Workshop (two-hour sessions) will be held on Wednesday, December 3 
NWCC will provided the following equipment to presenters: 
  • 8' tripod screen
  • 3K projector
  • Cabling
  • Microphone
Presenters must provide their own laptop.

Please note: NWCCU agrees to provide discounted general conference registrations for presenters, so long as each presenter registers for the conference before the Early Bird deadline. All other conference-related expenses, including but not limited to travel expenses and M&IE, are the responsibility of the presenter.
