2026 NWCCU Annual Conference Poster Proposal

The Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU) is now accepting proposals for participation in the NEW poster session at its 2026 Annual Conference, Partners in the Possible: Innovation, Integrity, Impact. The conference will be held December 1-3, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency in Seattle, Washington. 

Please note that due to limited space, not all proposals may be accepted. Presenters will be contacted with NWCCU's decision in September, prior to the close of early bird registration. 

To submit a proposal to participate in the poster session, please complete the following information:

POSTER INFORMATION
NEW at NWCCU's 2026 Annual Conference! 

Following the opening keynote with Scott Van Pelt, NWCCU is pleased to host a poster session showcasing institutional research, high impact practices,
initiatives, and outcomes at institutions that have improved mission fulfillment, student success, and/or institutional effectiveness during the Welcome Reception in Columbia Ballroom A at 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 1, 2026.

NWCCU will provide easels or hanging display structures and space to interact with conference attendees, list accepted poster presenters and topics on our digital conference platform, and make electronic materials or links to 
information available on our digital conference platform if submitted by October 23, 2026.

Poster presenters must register for the conference, pay travel and related expenses, and provide their own 48" wide x 36" tall poster and any printed handouts if desired.
